Grant Writing: 

Lee Hamilton has written successfully funded grants including the HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant, for Cape Cod and the Islands. She authored and oversaw the entire application process and reviewed each project application. Her grants were successfully funded each year from 2003 through 2017 for a total of over $20 million, including funding for new projects each year.
